Meet Zarin Roshni, a motivated student and emerging leader in communication and education from Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Zarin seeks opportunities in project management to apply her organizational and leadership skills for team success. Since July 2025, she serves as Assistant Director in the Communication Department at Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum (BSCF), a non-profit focused on promoting science, culture, and social awareness. There, she engages students in leadership, research, and community activities. From October 2021 to December 2022, Zarin worked as a journalist for Duronto Shishu-Kishor Potrika, a children's magazine that uncovers young talents, inspires creativity, and showcases the nation through kids' perspectives. In early 2024, she was a Poetry Instructor and Early Childhood Educator at Alo Academy, using play-based methods to teach dance, music, recitation, and art for holistic child development. She participated in BSCF's Astronomy Camp, involving observational astronomy, scientific talks, and team space research. She looks to build on her experience in fostering creativity and community impact.
