Meet Tayba Tabassum Ahmed Rafa, a passionate anthropology graduate skilled in cultural research, qualitative analysis, and ethnographic studies from Rajshahi, Bangladesh. She holds a BSS in Anthropology from the University of Rajshahi. From late 2023 to early 2024, she served as a research assistant at Surch Bangladesh, supporting data collection and analysis. In Project Sware-O with Team Nirvana, she helped enhance digital literacy for youth in Rajshahi to build a smarter Bangladesh. Her achievements include attending a bootcamp on climate science and negotiations by Manusher Jonno Foundation, participating in Youth Policy Summit 2024, Policy Camp-X, and gender training by Youth for Policy. As public relations officer for Youth for Policy's Rajshahi District Committee, general member of Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum, junior executive at Rajshahi University Model United Nations Association, and organizing secretary at Mymensingh Zilla Somity, she fosters policy discussions and cultural understanding. Tayba seeks to apply her expertise in social research, community development, and policy analysis for projects that advance social equity and sustainable development.
