Redwan Ahmed

Meet Redwan Ahmed, a motivated graduate and development enthusiast from Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Rajshahi. Since December 2024, he has served as a business intern at Logistica, applying his skills to support operations. In Project Sware-O with Team Nirvana, he helped enhance digital literacy for youth in Rajshahi to build a smarter Bangladesh. His achievements include first runner-up in Policy Hackathon 2024, participation in Youth Policy Summit 2024, Policy CampX, inter-year debate competition, and a workshop on youth engagement and democracy by Manusher Jonno Foundation. As general secretary of Rajshahi University Philosophy Students' Alliance, treasurer for Youth for Policy's Rajshahi District Committee, director of events at Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum, lead in administration and procurement for Team Nirvana, media secretary at Rajshahi University Photographic Club, and former associate in groups like Rajshahi University Model United Nations Association and SILSWA, he fosters leadership, research, and community activities. Skilled in policy analysis, document management, digital literacy course management, education, and project management, Redwan aims to contribute to sustainable growth and social impact through inclusive and equitable development solutions.
