Rafia Jebin

Meet Rafia Jabin, a sociology graduate with a strong base in social research, policy analysis, and community engagement from Dhaka, Bangladesh. She completed her BA in Sociology at Begum Badrunnessa Government Girl's College. Since June 2024, Rafia has worked as a business intern at Logistica, applying her skills to support operations. As director of Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum and vice president of Rajshahi Socio-Cultural Forum, she drives initiatives for cultural and social awareness. She participated in a workshop on youth engagement and democracy focused on right to information by Manusher Jonno Foundation. Her interests include community empowerment, social justice, grassroots development, participatory governance, and climate justice. Rafia aims to contribute to development programs that empower marginalized groups and promote equity, sustainability, and inclusive growth through her academic insights and field experience.
