Meet Niloy Saha, a passionate public speaker, policy advocate, and development enthusiast from Bangladesh. He is currently pursuing a BA in Philosophy at the University of Rajshahi. With over six years of hands-on experience, Niloy focuses on civic innovation, digital inclusion, and governance through youth-led initiatives that empower communities. As the Founder and CEO of the Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum (BSCF) and a lead in Youth for Policy (YFP), Niloy has guided diverse teams in projects that build digital skills and promote ethical online engagement. His key efforts include leading the Digital Citizenship and Project Shore O initiatives, where he helped more than 100 young people in Bangladesh gain essential tools for civic tech and digital democracy. Niloy brings strong skills in project management, monitoring and evaluation, research, communication, grant writing, and team leadership. He has partnered with civil society groups, run workshops, and advocated for inclusive governance. His background in philosophy strengthens his ethical approach to supporting marginalized voices. Honored with fellowships like Youth for Policy and national awards such as the President Scout Award, Niloy stays committed to advancing democratic values through local and regional work in South Asia. His career goals include leading civic tech programs, applying his expertise in grant-making and advocacy, coordinating peer learning, and contributing to organizations that promote accountability and sustainable digital governance.
