Most. Fatema Tuz Jannat Noor is a final-year undergraduate student of Mass Communication and Journalism at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) with a strong academic focus on research, policy analysis, and strategic communication. She has developed experience in interdisciplinary research and evidence-based reporting, demonstrating a keen interest in advocacy, climate discourse, and development policy.She currently serves as a Youth Fellow at the International Centre for Climate Change and Development (ICCCAD), where she participates in policy discussions and youth-led initiatives related to climate justice, development, and social inclusion. In addition, she works as a Research Associate at Lal Sabuj Society and previously contributed as a Research Assistant at Bangladesh University of Professionals, supporting faculty-led research projects and co-authoring multiple academic papers presented at international conferences. She also served as the Lead Analyst and Report Writer for the Child Situation Report 2025, producing data-driven policy recommendations.Beyond research roles, Noor has demonstrated strong communication and coordination skills through her involvement as the Public Relations and Administration Head for the Lunar Satellite Project (NASA GLEE Mission under the a2i Programme), where she led communication strategies and stakeholder engagement. Her skill set includes qualitative and quantitative research methods, report writing, media analysis, data analysis using Excel and SPSS, and bilingual communication in Bangla and English.Through conference presentations, workshops, and youth policy dialogues, she has actively contributed to discussions on climate change, media representation, social inclusion, and development challenges. Overall, she is recognized as a research-oriented and policy-focused young professional committed to using communication and evidence-based research to address social and environmental issues.
