Avik Arefin

Meet Avik Arefin, a skilled mechatronics engineering student from Bangladesh. He is pursuing a BSc in Mechatronics Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology. Avik works on exciting projects that mix software, robotics, and real-world tech. For Aethes Corporation in the USA, he builds the Armor Gold Secure Locker App using Flutter. He has also launched websites like rupsa.club, bscf.dev, and logistica4u.com. In competitions, Avik shines with his team Cortex Robotics. They took first place in Bangladesh for the 2025 JAXA-NASA Kibo Robot Challenge and second in 2024. He was a finalist in Huawei's Seeds for the Future Bangladesh 2024 and helped Team Bangladesh reach top 10 in the Tech4Good event in China. He joins many university and national tech and business contests. He is an assistant director at Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum, he is involved with Logistica at logistica4u.com, and Cortex Technologies at cortexrobotics.net. His certifications cover Supervised Machine Learning from Andrew Ng on Coursera, top 10 in Huawei Seeds for the Future 2024, and industrial training at Forbes Marshall in March 2024. Avik aims to blend engineering, coding, and innovation to solve problems in real life and consumer focused tech.
