Arabinda Banerjee Anik

Arabinda Banerjee is a Physics undergraduate at University of Rajshahi, currently pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree with a strong interest in leadership, organizational management, and strategic program execution. Alongside his academic journey, he has actively engaged in various leadership and operational roles, including serving as the Director (Branding & Promotions) at the Rajshahi University Business Club, where he coordinates administrative activities and supports the execution of large-scale programs. He is also the District Lead for Youth For Policy in Rajshahi, overseeing volunteer coordination and stakeholder engagement across district initiatives. As a Founding Member and Assistant Director of Finance at Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum (BSCF), he contributes to budgeting, sponsorship management, and financial planning for organizational programs and community campaigns. Arabinda has also worked as a Trainer Management Associate at Kore Search and currently serves as a Campus Ambassador for SheSTEM, supporting recruitment and partnership coordination. Recognized for his involvement in competitions and leadership activities, he has been a finalist and semifinalist in several national case competitions and debates. With skills in financial coordination, stakeholder engagement, and digital tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro, he aims to develop a career that combines analytical thinking, leadership, and impactful organizational work.
