Meet Arabinda Banerjee, an undergraduate physics student and active volunteer in social and policy initiatives from Rajshahi, Bangladesh. For about eight months, Arabinda has been Assistant Director of Finance at Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum (BSCF), where he managed finances, organized events, planned workshops on case solving, directed the Divisional Astronomy Camp 2024, led a fundraising team for flood relief, and handled sponsorships for the Future STEM Leaders Program Cohort-1. As Volunteer Coordinator for Youth For Policy-Rajshahi Division for around ten months, he formed an Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee at Rajshahi University School, created a documentary for International Mother Language Day, organized a Gender Equality session at Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology, and helped with the Youth Policy Summit at Dhaka University. Professionally, he managed trainer enrollments at Kore Search in Dhaka from November 2024 to June 2025. As Campus Ambassador for SheSTEM for one month, he advanced women's careers by collecting CVs, placing candidates in jobs and internships, and signed an MOU between SheSTEM and BSCF for programs like the Future STEM Leaders and Divisional Astronomy Camp 2025. Passionate about cricket, debate, and case competitions, he broke into the top 16 in RUDF Fresher's Championship, reached semifinals in BrandEdge 2025 and Sellsation 2023, and was a semifinalist in an interdepartmental debate on Free Market Environmentalism. Arabinda enjoys music, business, books, and friends, aiming to grow in business and social impact.
