Meet Anika Akter, a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service, event coordination, and community engagement. She currently serves as Assistant Director (Procurement) at the Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum (BSCF), where she supports program and event logistics, manages vendor coordination, and ensures timely procurement of materials for diverse social and educational initiatives. She has played a key role in organizing women-centric and child education programs that foster empowerment and learning. Previously, she worked as an Executive at Conscious Creative Home and Color Expression, where she coordinated client communications, vendor relations, budgeting, and event planning for cultural programs, concerts, and television projects. She also has hands-on experience in hospitality as a waitress at Masala Inn, providing excellent guest service and maintaining high operational standards. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Bengali Literature from the National University of Bangladesh. Alongside her administrative and coordination expertise, she is skilled in financial handling, digital content support, barista training, and preparing traditional South Asian dishes.
