Women in STEM
As part of the She-STEM Internship Programme under the BSCF Future STEM Leaders Programme 2025 Cohort 1, an inspiring session on Women in STEM was conducted by Oishi Jyoti. The session highlighted the significance of equal representation across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, encouraging participants to break barriers and pursue excellence in their chosen fields. Oishi Jyoti shared personal insights, experiences, and strategies for overcoming challenges faced by women in STEM, emphasizing resilience, leadership, and creativity.
