Corporate Mindset and Modern Workplace Session

As part of the BSCF Future STEM Leaders Programme 2025 Cohort 1, an insightful online session on Corporate Mindset and Modern Workplace was conducted via Google Meet. The session was hosted by Reashad Akhtar, Executive Director of Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum, who provided practical insights into modern professional expectations. Participants explored essential skills, including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability, along with growth-oriented attitudes necessary for success in evolving workplaces. The discussion highlighted how young STEM leaders can combine technical expertise with professional mindset to excel in diverse corporate environments. The interactive session encouraged reflection, questions, and engagement, helping participants understand workplace challenges and opportunities. By the end, attendees gained a clearer perspective on how to prepare themselves for future leadership roles, adapt to changing professional landscapes, and thrive in modern organizational settings.
