As part of the BSCF Future STEM Leaders Programme 2025 Cohort 1, an engaging session on Digital Literacy, Professional Identity, and Communication was conducted at Novotheatre, Rajshahi. The session was hosted by Niloy Saha Nil, CEO of Bangladesh Socio-Cultural Forum (BSCF), who guided participants on the importance of building a strong digital presence and effective professional communication. Attendees explored strategies to enhance their online profiles, develop a professional identity, and communicate clearly and confidently in academic and professional settings. The interactive session included discussions, examples, and practical tips for personal branding, digital etiquette, and career readiness. Participants actively engaged with the content, reflecting on their own skills and identifying areas for growth. The session successfully empowered young STEM leaders to navigate the modern professional world, equipping them with essential digital and communication skills, enhancing confidence, and preparing them for leadership roles in the future.
